All items sold through our website are handmade ceramics. Each piece is individually crafted and therefore unique. Variations in size, shape, color, glaze finish, texture, and surface details are natural and expected results of the ceramic process. These variations are not defects but an essential part of the handmade nature of our work.

While we strive to ensure each piece is faithful to the imagery and descriptions shown on our website, no two items will be exactly alike. By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept the individuality of each piece.

We are a small, independent business producing limited-run, handmade work. Each item is made, finished, and packed with care, but due to the nature of ceramics, subtle differences and imperfections may occur. These qualities are inherent to handcrafted ceramics and are part of what makes each piece custom and one of a kind.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Due to the fragile nature of knowing that ceramics and the delicacy of packaging, we do not accept returned items. We cannot guarantee the safety of items once they are shipped back to us, and returned ceramics are at high risk of damage in transit.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for, Natural variations in handmade items, Differences between product photos and the received item, Minor imperfections consistent with handmade ceramics, Normal wear and tear over time, Damage resulting from use, handling, or care after delivery

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility for the item transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist where possible. However, failure of successful shipment by the carrier does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Ceramic pieces are inherently fragile. By purchasing, you understand that proper care, handling, and use are required. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or exposure to conditions that may compromise the integrity of ceramic materials.
